What is the Half Marathon cut-off time

To complete the Half Marathon on the road, you must complete the course in under 3 hours 40 minutes. Any participant over this time are allowed to finish the course, but will be moved to the footpath to allow the road to reopen.

Where can I purchase my photos?

Our official photographer is FinisherPix. You can pre-purchase photo packages during the registration process of you can log back into your RegisterNow profile.

Age Restrictions

Half Marathon – You need to be at least 16 years old as of race day

10km – You need to be at least 13 years old as of race day

5km – You need to be at least 7 years old as of race day

Girls mini fun run – You need to be between the ages of 4 – 7 years old

Are prams and strollers permitted on the course?

Wheelchair/prams/strollers/pushers are permitted to take part. You must select the Wheelchair/Stroller/Pram category when entering. This category will self seed themselves at the back of the race pack. There are no prizes for this category.

Can I enter the event on race day?

There are no entries on the day for this event. All entries must be done online prior to the event. No entries will be permitted on event morning under any circumstances.

Can I drop a bag at the start line?

We suggest allocating a friend to look after your belongings, alternatively tear off the tag on your race bib and hand this to the friendly staff at the bag drop entrance at Catani Gardens. Please do not keep any valuables within your bags as USM Events assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Can I receive a refund on my entry?

As per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of registration, there are no refunds for entrants who do not take part on event day.

Can I pick up multiple event kits?

You are able to collect multiple kits during registration times for your friends/family. To save time, please have a copy of each e-ticket (e-tickets will be emailed to all participants Wednesday  27 November 5:00pm).

Can males enter into this event?

Carman’s Women’s Fun Run is a women’s only running event – one of the biggest in Australia. The event, celebrates female health and wellness. Whilst USM Events team acknowledge that any person, male or female, can be affected by breast cancer and understand the impact this can have on individuals, friends and families, the Carman’s Women’s Fun Run is a special day out for the girls only.

Where do I collect my event kit (Number Bib with Timing Chip, T-Shirt, and Safety Pins)

Kit pickup will be done at the event venue with use of an “e-ticket” which will be sent to all participants Wednesday 27th November 2019 at 5:00pm.

Can I change my event distance or start group?

Change of event distance / start group is subject to approval. Note: you will not be able to edit the name /gender on your entry as there are no transfers on entries.

Change of Event Distance / Start Group must be made prior to Sunday 27 October 11:59pm.  After this date please email or call on 0414 963 226. You can also visit the Help Desk at Race Check-In. All changes will need to be made prior to Saturday 30 December 4pm. Please refer to our event schedule for dates and times.

Changes before this date can be made by editing your entry through your participant summary found in through the access registration link HERE

What are the road closures and where can I park?

Road closures will be in place on Beaconsfield Pde, Jacka Bvd, Marine Pde and Point Ormond Rd between Kerferd Rd and Glen Huntly Rd, between 6.30am and 11.30am. Please refer to our Changed Traffic Conditions flyer here.

Parking is limited in the car park at the St Kilda Sea Baths and on nearby streets. Please note that council parking fees and other restrictions apply. Vehicles parked on the course must not leave until the roads are reopened (approx. 11:30am).

When will my kit be posted?

Kit Postage will be sent to participants who selected and paid for this option by Sunday 27 August at 11:59pm. The Kits will be mailed out the week of Monday 18 November. Please nominate a business or residential address. We cannot post to PO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses.

Can I change my T-shirt size?

If you have received your event T-Shirt you can change at the event subject to sizing availability. You will be able to change your size at our Information Tent.

Will my race bib be personalised?

If you enter by Sunday 27 October 11:59pm your race bib will be personalised with your first name.
