To complete the Half Marathon on the road, you must complete the course in under 2 hours 40 minutes. Any participant over this time are allowed to finish the course, but will be moved to the footpath to allow the road to reopen.
If your results appear incorrectly and/or are not showing, please make sure you have searched thoroughly before contacting our timing provider MultiSport so they can look into your query otherwise email us at email@example.com
Our official photographer is FinisherPix. You can pre-purchase photo packages during the registration process of you can log back into your RegisterNow profile.
Your feedback is very important to us and crucial in improving the event for future years. An official event survey will be sent to your email account following the event for you to complete if you so wish. Due to environmental requirements we will no longer be issuing a show bag at the finish line. However we will still be giving away all the same great partner products so we suggest that you bring your own bags so you can fill them up with all our event goodies.
Wheelchair/prams/strollers/pushers are permitted to take part. You must select the Wheelchair/Stroller/Pram category when entering. This category will be starting 5mins behind the 5km and 10km start time for safety reasons and must be adhered to.
Strollers are not permitted to start with other runners or walkers. There are no prizes for this category.
There are no entries on the day for this event. All entries must be done online prior to the event. No entries will be permitted on event morning under any circumstances.
We suggest allocating a friend to look after your belongings, alternatively tear off the tag on your race bib and hand this to the friendly staff at the compound entrance. Please do not keep any valuables within your bags as USM Events assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
As per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of registration, there are no refunds for entrants who do not take part on event day.
You are able to collect multiple kits during registration times for your friends/family. To save time, please have a copy of each e-ticket (e-tickets will be emailed to all participants Wednesday 27 November 5:00pm).
Carman’s Women’s Fun Run is a women’s only running event – one of the biggest in Australia. The event, celebrates female health and wellness. Whilst USM Events team acknowledge that any person, male or female, can be affected by breast cancer and understand the impact this can have on individuals, friends and families, the Carman’s Women’s Fun Run is a special day out for the girls only.
As part of your registration, you will have selected either “Pickup” or “Postage”.
Kit pickup will be done at the event venue with use of an “e-ticket” which will be sent to all participants Wednesday 27th November 2019 at 5:00pm.

Change of event distance / start group is subject to approval. Note: you will not be able to edit the name /gender on your entry as there are no transfers on entries.
Change of Event Distance / Start Group must be made prior to Sunday 27 October 11:59pm. After this date please email email@example.com or call on 03 9595 3000. You can also visit the Help Desk at Race Check-In on Saturday 30th November at Catani Gardens (day before the event).
Changes before this date can be made by editing your entry through your participant summary found in through the access registration link HERE

Road closures will be in place on Beaconsfield Pde, Jacka Bvd, Marine Pde and Point Ormond Rd between Kerferd Rd and Glen Huntly Rd, between 6.30am and 11.30am. Parking is limited in the car park at the St Kilda Sea Baths and on nearby streets. Please note that council parking fees and other restrictions apply. Vehicles parked on the course must not leave until the roads are reopened (approx. 11:30am).
Kit Postage will be sent to participants who select and pay for this option by Sunday 27 August at 11:59pm. The Kits will be mailed out the week of Monday 18 November. Please nominate a business or residential address. We cannot post to PO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses.
You can change the size you selected through editing your registration. If you have selected to have your kit posted, you must change before the mail out closing date of Sunday 27 August 11:59pm. If you elected to pick up your kit you must change before registrations close on Saturday 30th November.
If you have received your event T-Shirt you can change at the event subject to sizing availability. There will be a change tent next to the Information Tent.
